A recovery practice
90 in 90
Ninety cells, one for each meeting, toward the ninety meetings in ninety days often suggested to someone new to recovery.

Ninety in ninety
Ninety meetings in ninety days is one of the first suggestions many newcomers hear. It is advice, not a rule of any fellowship. The early months are often the hardest, and a meeting every day fills the hours, builds a habit and puts you among people who have stayed sober.
Many groups mark thirty, sixty and ninety days with a coin or chip, and the module numbers those three.
The Wilson House in East Dorset, Vermont, above, is where Bill Wilson was born. It has a meeting room of its own.
How the module works
Ninety cells, numbered at 30, 60 and 90. It goes once, at the front of the book. Fill a cell for each meeting.
If you miss a day, do not start over at one. Keep filling cells until there are ninety. On a hard day some people go to two meetings, and both count.
A note
Memari is not affiliated with Alcoholics Anonymous or any twelve-step fellowship. This module is a page to write on, not a program. Your sponsor and your group are the people to work your recovery with.
